Get yourself a local dial-in number from http://www.teltarif.de/i/einwahlnummern.html

Dial-in numbers starting with 019… from http://www.billiger-surfen.de might or might not work, depending on your mobile network provider (for O2, they result in “keine Leitung” (0x1102), that’s “no line”.

Adjust the settings on the PDA as seen on http://www.pdaforum.de/telefontreiber/. Esp., eliminate the authentication script as seen there.
