Ist es zulässig, MP3-Downloads von we7.com zu nutzen und die Werbung selbst zu entfernen?

Die einzige Regelung die sich evtl. darauf beziehen könnte steht in »Terms and Condidtion«
( http://www.we7.com/public/termsAndConditions ) und lautet:
»You also may not use, nor allow others to use, your ID(s), the WE7 Service, directly or indirectly, to:
* attempt to or actually disrupt, impair or interfere with, alter or modify the WE7 Service or any information, data or materials posted and/or displayed by us or anyone else;«.
Das bezieht sich jedoch anscheinend darauf, dass man keine Phishing-Websites erstellen darf, also so dass veränderter Inhalt unter dem Namen von WE7 veröffentlicht wird.
